Rate Card
Audio Visual Integration — labour rates, effective September 2026. All rates exclude GST.
| Standard labour Installation, service, fault-finding, programming and commissioning. All technical work on equipment supplied by AVI. | $150 per hour |
| Remote support Phone and remote-access support, billed in 30 minute increments. Minimum charge 30 minutes. | $75 per 30 minutes |
| Client-supplied equipment Work on hardware not supplied by AVI. No warranty is offered on equipment we did not supply, and no guarantee is given that the work can be completed. | $225 per hour |
Scheduled rate review
Our standard labour rate increases to $175 per hour from 1 September 2027. This is published in advance so there are no surprises — work booked and completed before that date is charged at the current rate.
How we bill
- Time on site is billed from arrival to departure, in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
- There is no separate call-out fee. Travel within the Sydney metropolitan area is included.
- Work outside business hours, on weekends or on public holidays is quoted before it is booked.
- Materials, hardware, licences and third-party costs are billed separately.
- Invoices are issued on completion and are payable within 7 days.
Support plans
Clients on an AVI support plan receive scheduled preventative maintenance visits and priority response. Plan pricing is provided separately. If you are not on a plan, all support is charged at the rates above as it is requested.
